Account & Data Deletion Instructions

You can request the deletion of your Tupakase account and all associated data at any time. Please follow one of the methods below.

Method 1: Using the App

The easiest way to delete your account is directly from within the Tupakase app.

  1. Open the app and go to your Profile screen.
  2. Tap on the "Delete Account" option in the Settings section.
  3. For your security, confirm the action by typing "DELETE".
  4. Tap the final "Delete" button to permanently erase your account and data.

Method 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by sending an email to ssenkumbaakram@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and including your username or the email address associated with your account.
